Moore came very highly regarded, after being part of a very good England U20 team, but he never managed to live up to the potential that was talked about for him. A shame!

That’s exactly why I think Scott would be better staying here for another season, he’s still young, no doubt he has the Ability to end up in the PL, however he’d be better of playing games with us in the Championship than bench sitting in the PL. There are a few aspects of his game that he needs to work on that he can do better here whilst playing most weeks.
There was one game I recall he was playing ....early days of NP he was a starter and at somepoint made a few errors ... later interview with NP he stated he had a lot to learn blah blah never got in team again!???
This guy is normally spot on James @jbcfc__ No Ross McCrorie today. I’m hearing he’s very close to signing for Wrexham. Met up with Phil Parkinson yesterday evening.
This is a far better move for him football wise- please log in to view this image By Pete O'Rourke, Transfer Correspondent Revealed: West Ham in strong position to sign Alex Scott amid £25m reveal West Ham are in a strong position to agree a deal for Bristol City sensation Alex Scott, sources have told Football Insider. The ‘Guernsey Grealish’ is on the target list of multiple Premier League clubs and the Hammers have a concrete interest in Scott, who is valued at around £25m. The London club are believed to be well placed to sign the 19-year-old should all parties be keen to progress a move. The midfielder’s current contract runs until 2025 after progressing from the Under-18s side in 2021. Scott made 49 appearances across all competitions last season and was in the starting lineup for 44 of those outings. The England youth international netted two goals and offered up five assists in the 2022-23 campaign.
Didn’t you post previously he’d been told by West Ham he wouldn’t get game time? No point going there to sit on the bench, or not even get in the squad.
I think Scott would be gone by now if any club was serious. Getting a bit fed up with these rumours from Journos filling air time and newspaper columns.
I’ve said all along I didn’t think he’d go early in the window. He is nobody’s first choice signing, as I don’t think he’s ready yet to walk into any PL starting 11 ( except the promoted clubs); therefore, he will go late in the window as clubs fill up their squads, or miss their number 1 targets.
SADLY ITS WHAT THEY GET PAID FOR AND THEY HAVE TO LOOK AS IF THEY AREDOING SOMETHING ADDING A LITTLE FRILL HERE AND THERE TO OUT DO THE REST ... amazing the y havent jacked the price up to £27m by now or said they would pay the £25m with a good follow up package!
