    Goalless at the break but promising signs from the Hornets. High press has caused Palace some issues, trying to build through the pitch and looking like a team who know what their boss wants of them. Louza and Bayo had best chances so far. Encouraging.

    Wherever he goes I can't see us getting more than 12 to 15m up front. Maybe stretch to 20m with add ons but I think that's unlikely.

    Everton have apparently rekindled their interest, which, with any luck, may see the start of a bidding war. Tend to agree though, his hot & cold performances say he isn't worth anywhere near what we are asking for him.

    It doesn't seem a coincidence to me that this deal is being finalised a day after agreement on the Gueye broken contract.
