That's a rough guide to how I made it if anyone fancies giving it a go. Great having something different with unexpected flavours from carraway and mint.

 

I tried those Heck sausages a while back and did not like, the chicken ones.

However I just fancies the Italian style chicken sausages from Lidl and can confirm they are banging. Love how Italian style means we added tomatoes.

 

Got one of these down from £250 to £160.

not sure what I will do with it, just help with homemade chicken nuggets for the kids I guess

Night off got a Chinese.

 

Good things they are. I do bloody allsorts in ours. Jacket spuds come out amazing. Bacon crisps up brilliantly. Never use the grill for sausages anymore. Also, really, really useful for warming up pizza.
