At this point with takeover now verified I feel a bit concerned that there hasn't been a flood of new players in. Time is ticking.
I get what you’re saying but when he replaced Coco it was quite refreshing to have a keeper who caught/punched crosses and not just flap at them like the Spanish clown did. We conceded a lot less from corners as a result. Maybe he can get back to that form now that the 5ft ‘goalkeeping coach’ who was never even a goalkeeper has left. Proper coaching will do him the world of good.
Just checked companies house and the last two filings in relation to the stadium relate to a change of class of shares. 22 ordinary shares have been changed to 22 ordinary A1 shares. The change was registered by companies house on 18 July 2023, but applies from 31 December 2020. It seems that all the A1 shares were registered to the 49ers and ordinary shares were registered to Radz. What the documents registered by Companies House a couple of days ago seems to confirm is that as at the 1 January 2021 Radz held 56% of the stadium company as ordinary shares and 49ers held 44% of the stadium company as A1 shares. Prior to this change, Radz held 78 ordinary shares and 49ers held 22 A1 shares out of a total of 100 shares To me it looks like they forgot to register the change a couple of years ago, and have now corrected this, prior to filing the transfer of anymore shares. Whilst I may be totally incorrect, to me it looks no more than an administration exercise that should have been completed a while ago.
Taking Jammy Jnr on a scouting mission tomorrow as we're going to watch Leicester v Spurs in Bangkok (KO 11am BST). Should be interesting to see how one of our main promtion rivals are preparing for the new season with a new coach and a much changed squad.
