Swansea City is extremely disappointed with an incident that occurred in our club shop on Thursday (July 20), and is aware of a video circulating on social media regarding this.

The incident involved a member of the public verbally abusing a staff member and leaving the premises without paying via the correct procedure.

The club strongly condemns such behaviour, and we are taking steps to ensure the individual in question is both identified and appropriate action taken.

We would like to remind supporters that the club is fully cashless across all its sites and trading outlets, with clear signage on display both in and around the Swansea.com Stadium.

This has been clearly communicated on several occasions, and we would like to thank the vast majority of supporters who have been supportive of this move.

It's not the staffs fault and they don't deserve abusive behaviour because the club refuses legal tender CASH ! It's not a cashless society yet , and the club is part of the problem by not allowing choice of payment !

At this one. Oxford by far the better team.

Fisher let one through his legs.

Speaking this morning to a guy I know (who goes to virtually every away game), he reckons it was the worst performance in the last 10 years <yikes>

    Wow, that's damning!

We can't judge until the season proper starts and there's something riding on the games. Bit early to say he's lost the dressing room though <laugh> I hope not!

I must admit I’ve sensed that there was more of a feel good factor around the Club since Duff’s appointment - I had that feeling ‘underpinned’ by a former Swans employee who was part of the ‘inner sanctum’ for many years.

As such, the Oxford result has been quite an eye opener <steam>

I watched the 1st half and we were completely off the pace. I didn't bother watching the 2nd half as we looked very uninterested. Let's see how we go against Bristol Rovers on Tuesday.

Been in Oxford for the weekend so I got tickets.

First of all I must say Oxford played really well. They pressed and harried us into mistakes.

Playing two up top didn't seem to work very well. Yates is very active and runs around a lot.

Fisher had an absolute howler letting the ball trickle over the line. We didn't create very much at all.

Personally, I wouldn't read too much into it but if that's going to be a typical performance we won't be challenging for the play-offs.

    Early days.

I know it is pre season but anyone a little worried at how bad we have been. Just hope it will be sorted by the start of the season. But something still nagging and very very worried we will not be ready.
