Seems high, but SE London seems a bit of a hotspot for talent, and Steve Avery is so good at looking after their welfare that anyone with a talented son should not hesitate to send him to our Academy. There should be a statue but up for Steve when he eventually retires.

Must be a great job to have, concentrating on the development of the youngsters. Distanced from the s*** involved with the first team and club.
AHLL has arranged with Steve Avery to let us in to watch the U-18's today @ 12:30. There should be a lot of new faces from last season, as the likes of Anderson, Casey and Asiimwe are promoted and Kone is off to Qatar. It would be good to pick up any words of wisdom from Steve Avery himself if poss.
