I'd say Szoboszlai is a box to box, not a 10. He covers a load of ground across the pitch and gets stuck in defensively. Mac Allister is a great signing without being a superstar like you say, and he has the versatility to play all the midfield roles. But they're missing a strong third. Henderson, Fabinho and Thiago are all players with their best years behind them. Henderson offers a lot on the leadrship side, but they won't miss the other 2 in my opinion (despite Thiago being sensational when fit and on form). That leaves them with Curtis Jones, Harvey Elliott, Stefan Bajcetic and Trent Alexander Arnold. The first 3 can all contribute to the squad, but it would take a brave manager to go into the season with one of them earmarked for a regular starting spot. Trent is the obvious one to step into the midfield and the option that I think they will go with, but I'm not entirely sure how that 3 fit together. If Trent is the deepest of the 3, do they get the best use of his talent? Or does Mac Allister need to sit and allow Trent and Szoboszlai to operate as 8's?
6,8,10 for me. Szobozloi for me I’ve always noticed him further forward either as a 10 or drifting left, I’d imagine that’s how Klopp uses him. Mac doing the legs and Trent sitting deep just pinging balls. All guess work of course.
It should never go from anyone's mind, but we can all forget, and that's what the bestial Sauds rely on.. Not only barbaric. But blatant, unapologetic and sending the message; It could be you. And of course, Kashoggi was once very well known to Butcher Bin, being " in the circle".
Is Alex Scott that good that Wolves should be paying £20m to Bristol City? Looks a canny player mind, but bloody hell, £20m for a 19 year old!
Hes very highly rated and looked decent against us. £20 million is small change to most premier league clubs these days
Aye Wolves are in big trouble next season. Can’t just let everyone go and replace them with maybes, I’ve got them second bottom as it stands.
Blimey - just seen Leicester might be getting Cole Palmer as well. All these clubs having Man City connection gives them a (fair) advantage in their youngsters first Burnley with Kompany and now Southampton (Wilcox) and Leicester (Maresca)
Leicester also going to be going all tiki taka this year. Maresca doesn’t like Iverson as his distribution isn’t good enough so bringing in a new keeper.
Nathan redmond going to burnley now too by the looks of it, the more wingers they sign that aren’t jack clarke the better
Stoke have just signed Michael Rose, coventrys 5th choice CB who didn’t get offered a new contract this season.. we sure they’ve got money to throw about?
Aye good signing this. Lads been more than decent on all of his rather random loans and deserves a club that’s his. He will do well for them, I’d have taken him.
They would have welcomed him if he'd been guilty! Rape is the woman's fault there, and some have went to prison for being raped, many have been thrown out-of their homes, and none ever recieve proper treatment.
Meant to be £12m all in after add-ons. Makes Winks look like good business for Leicester if you ask me.
