If you don't like it the Under 21's are at Scarbourgh, 3.00pm kick off, 45 mins each way. I shall be there signing autographs.
Exactly friendlies are about building match fitness and looking at the squad the results don't matter at all. I think this is a great idea to do that.
£31 for an adult ticket...What are we charging,£20? For those who thought our owner might extend the free travel(not I),the answer is no! £33 for members,£44 for non members... It's a dear do this football malarkey
Yet they sold out all their season tickets, cheapest £534 or up to £630 depending when you renewed and will sell out their available seats at £31. We will soon see how committed the away support is compared to other clubs as well. And some of our fans will still asking why they, and other clubs, have more money to spend.
Just ordered three for my brother and his daughters that live down there. He's doing missionary work there but has a hell of the job, the feckers won't leave their attics. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
I spent 3 years doing missionary work in Leeds but gave it up. Mind you, it was during a period when Leeds were winning the League, theLeague Cup and a European trophy all for the first time in their history and reaching a Cup Final so it was always going to be an uphill struggle. I had to resort to our pitch and floodlights are better than yours.
Yes,I get where you're coming from but the point I was trying to make is that we face ticket costs in the £30-£40 bracket this season but those coming to our patch will pay far less. It will undoubtedly cut numbers in our away support and I'd be interested to see how many travel to our first away game of the season given it's usually targeted by many.
That can’t be altered as you can’t charge away fans a different price to away fans for an equivalent seat. That is why Ken Bates moved away fans into their best stand, Not only did it mean it resulted in fans behind both goals stood up behind both goals vociferously backing the team, unfortunately we don’t have enough stand up and sing types to fill one of our smaller stands let alone two, it meant Leeds could charge over £40 to away fans.
What's the score for Tuesday (Barnsley)...How much are the tickets? Anyone know..? Can't see owt on club site.
There is on my club site page. A bit hard to find, admittedly. It is hidden away under the section deceptively headed ‘Tickets’.
Oh dear...Tiger Travel...I went to Crystal Palace with that crew a few years ago. The driver was a right bright spark. I think he had **** for brains....He took us to Crystal Palace athletic stadium, after being told he was going the wrong way on several occasions, then wondered why there were no fans outside. We eventually got to Selhurst park with 5 minutes to spare...Happy daze.
Well I'll be off to see the Trialist XI play Brid Town as it's walking distance for me. Wonder if they'll be found guilty.
