Ramsey pinches Ojo’s Number 10 so it looks like the end of the line for Sheyi.

    Ojo is an odd one.
Flashes of inspiration with long spells of mediocrity.

I'm sure several of those we have maligned will be with us into the season, but 4-6 will need to be shown the door given the new signings and a few youngsters stepping up.

A squad of 26 - 28 with a few tyros feels about right.

To be fair he is only on £7600 and we have much worse players, I noticed in the friendlies he was passing the ball which was a problem last season. Anyway theres no room for him now.

Doesn't matter what "he's on". He's 26, as good as he's going to get and doesn't even produce that often enough. No pace and far too slow for a winger, so he was switched inside as a sort of No.10. Wanted too much time on the ball and frequently lost possession as a result - so frustrating.

Maybe a nice enough guy but on the evidence we have, a waste of a squad number for the level we need to achieve. His entire career has been as an unsuccessful loan player until Morison took him back on a free last season. Don't rate him at all and never have.

That is about right, he has had enough chances, time to go jo. However we have worse players than him.

If he'd said 'We have had worse...', I think you'd have agreed.<laugh>
