Yes, I remember two reports in the Fail in the same week. One said after the recent good run City’s management must have been disappointed as they looked round a quarter empty stadium. The FC report said their Cup game was played out in front of a packed KC. City’s crowd was 18,000, FC’s was 16,000.
Norwich have 60,000 dummies in their shop window and they are in the best shop ever. Also absolutely none of them have six fingers or a sister for a wife. Pretty sure I'll get a bite
Oh ffs That’s bad Is it that silly **** who started hull United who owns it? Let’s hope hall rd rangers can buy it back
There's already been a failed planning application apparently and it was only for two houses, hence the price.
Oh ok, link says "We believe part of the site previously held outline planning permission for the construction of 5 detached dwellings."
I think it was later overturned, something to do with flooding, though I'm only going off what someone said on the Ferriby thread.
Lot of land that, it'd make a great site for doing something with environmental/biodiversity/community value, even allotments if there's a demand still. I'd imagine it might fetch a bit more than £115k though, someone's bound to take a flyer on it.
Demand for allotments!!? There’s a two year waiting list in hull hang on is This land still hull or the other lot?
According to the planning portal it's ERYC, which fits with the boundaries. It also says that the planning decision is pending. https://newplanningaccess.eastridin...ils.do?keyVal=QN85LMBJ0SL00&activeTab=summary
