    It will be difficult to transform the environment at the club and with the existing players. We’re so used to and accepting of losing. Creating that real winners and brotherhood type culture that gets you promoted will be much easier with a smaller squad. Still lots of players to shift. I imagine if we are to have a promotion worthy campaign, we’ll have to grow into like Burnley did last season or Reading the season we went up. Going to require patience in the first few months from us Saints fans.

    That’s not really the attitude if we want to change the mentality at the club. I definitely see his point.

    We need everyone to be fired up and have a positive mentality 24/7. Full culture shift from loser mindset to champion mentality.
