Not sure how good that is for the old back Nass. Or is this an order from the orthopaedics department?

  4. ROTO this was close to making my short list, at his best he is more than capable of winning this. When with Paul Cole he won off a 25lb higher mark albeit it over 8f, although he did show signs of running on over 9f and at that price is worth a small EW punt, sadly my money is already on SPAHI, may the best horse win............SPAHI all the way with yours a SH second ;-)

Oddy, not great for the back but apparently it has to get stronger sooner or later. So sooner it is!

Danbo <laugh> they are a terrible choice of crisp. Get yourself some kettle chips or walkers sensations - washed down with a 1 litre bottle of orange lucozade

SBC sadly them days are long gone- when i was younger the only place you could get lucozade in my area used to be the chemists. However these days people drink Lucozade because it is a lovely drink. And they decided it was a good for when doing sports <rofl>

sounds like a nasty cold Dan - take some Lemsip

The Coral Hurdle at Ascot looks potentially tasty with established stars such as Celestial Halo, Oscar Whiskey and Overturn up against King Of The Night who has looked pretty special in his 2 races so far this season
