Good I hope they do come out into the open, then Huw Edwards or his family can sue them, if what they say is a lie. Although, BBC Newsnight were already looking into accusations about their very own presenter, days before The Sun splashed it across their rags... https://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/bbc-reporters-were-investigating-huw-30462504
Tut tut Holland be very careful of what you’re allowing to spread into your government……the Nazis are back they just changed thy masks https://www.martinvrijland.nl/en/ne...erius-er-gedachtenpolitie-2-0-wetgeving-door/
I loved that movie...ain't seen it for years mind, so could well be very dated...think it was called They Live
No not dated at all in fact the message is still clear…….glad you enjoyed its very much a classic of the b movie genre
https://www.bbc.com/news/business-65388445 Not a murder or nothing, but this does not surprise me one bit. When I worked at a place like that, it was really male dominated and I've heard all the things these girls are complaining about. Bigger issue is, McDonalds and Burger King for that matter, do not view staff as human beings. They view them as an annoyance that must be paid and moved on before they reach an age legally you have to pay them more. McDonald's, for their part, should explain why the female staff are given uniforms that hug their tits and slip right up their arse cracks.
Horrible company horrible food horrible environment horrible people….also causes cancer and makes you fat and ugly I do like a big tasty though
Trying to think the last McDonalds I had, got to be 4 years ago - do they still have tills in them places or is it all touch screens now?
I wonder how many employee's these days actually know what to do if a card machine goes down, very few I'd have a guess, I bet most retailers don't even have payment vouchers anymore. So I did a google and looked at what it says online, well the following document in such a situation is practically useless, because none of it until you get to step 4, gives you an alternative action...but at least step 4 (read it) gave me a https://www.paymentsense.com/uk/blog/card-machine-not-working/
Step 8, create excel sheet I was going to ask about the paper slips that you swiped across back in the day. Remember those? Then I saw the flatbread imprinter further down and having to explain to anyone under 35 how that works lol.
People still know how to handle cash, they are trained to count and deposit cash into safes for collection I'm **** at math me, I used to hate when I punched in the amount they gave me and then they handed me more to round it up I used to just ignore it and give them original change, youngling me was like "don't play these games ye ****, eat the burger."
Yup that's it the flatbed imprinter and you are right, lots of people probably wouldn't have a clue what to do with them. What I also found interesting was another alternative action was to ask the customer for a different card - well again that's not entirely correct, there are some, albeit few situations where an alternative card cannot be used, because it was used as prior security, such as prebooked car hire. And the only acceptable card is the one against your name. None of this has been thought through as per usual because they've rushed to change to cashless, hence why that document above is about as much use as a car with a puncture on the motorway with no spare wheel, now that was another fooking bright idea of someones.
