    All yours Musty ! Known as swearing on the seed of Abraham - hence the expression ''Testament''. Apparantly when making a deal it was the practice to place their hand on the testacles of their counterpart this was only done for a very short time and involved a large degree of trust <doh> Over to you.

    Presumably a practice invented by lecherous old Romans to get women to fondle their testicles? Or were women not allowed to make deals back then? Or, having no testicles, swear an oath?

    You are correct, it is gin, though specifically Mont Blanc Gin. It is the highest distillery in Europe, at an altitude of 1,365 m. All yours.
