In the 'worst case' scenario that they both go, as I half expect given that they are both PL quality in my opinion, we start the season with at least: LB: best left back Champ last season, young talent we paid £7m for last summer. RB: Livramento and Bree, both of which I have 0 concerns about at this level. And if Livramento goes too we'll replace him I'm sure. A bit of realism - we are going the right way about building a squad that will really compete I feel.
Yeah I’m not saying it’s a bad signing, but right now it’s hard to judge as we just don’t know who stays/goes from last seasons squad. Hopefully the club know more than we do at this stage and are signing players accordingly

Isn’t are first friendly today? Would’ve hoped more of our transfers would be over the line by now. Can’t help but think of we go into next season with the squad we had last year(minus the better players) we could really struggle.
