Just read a few of the articles and it's a very good read, C4E.

Excellent article on 'Football Adultery' - very amusing.

Just read the article- nice accurate read. However, seeing Carrick named in your euro 2012 side made it end on a sour note <laugh>.

Remember when we were very close to signing him but Wenger then mentioned that he was interested so Carrick refused us in hope that he got his "dream move". still, don't think it's something he will lose sleep on.

Very nice piece of writing C4E, although like SuperChrissy, for me Carrick wouldn't even be driving the team bus.

    Cheers for the feedback lads.

The only reason i went for carrick is because i couldn't put Barry or gerrard in after slagging them off in the article!

And no team of mine would have fat frank in it!

just don't see Lescott as international standard, I'd have Jones and Cahill. Who'd be your Captain? Parker?

    My England side would be...:

    GK) Hart

RB) Richards (not a fan of Johnson at all)
    CB) Jones
    CB) Cahill
    LB) A.Cole

    CM) Gerrard
    CM/CDM) Parker
    CM) Wiltshire

    RF) Walcott
    CF) Rooney
    LF) Young

When in possession the pace and direct running of Walcott and Young with Rooney through the middle would scare the life out of teams.

When looking to regain possession the 4-3-3 would become more of a 4-4-2/4-1-3-1-1 with Parker in front of the back four, Young dropping in to make the midfield a three and Rooney just behind Walcott up top (his pace for the outlet ball over the top would keep the opposition defence occupied).

World and European champions no probs, bosh... job done... <laugh>
