Leake looks very promising, especially considering his age/experience with us. His pass created the attack for the goal and looked assured/unfazed.

We really did miss Traore today. We have nobody like him. Seri, Simons, Woods and Docherty all seem to play that CDM role.

Allahyar looking very rusty like Longman. A little bit worrying. Is it fitness or quality?

Oscar is wasted up front when he’s on his own. We kind of knew this already. It must be frustrating for him.

All in all, not bad. Definitely better than this time last season. A few tweaks and a little bit more fitness needed, but we should be ready soon I reckon. UTT.

 

I think we really do have a problem in the winger department. Something we just cant seem to sort. Allahyar is not the answer, nether is Jarvis, or Longman. Maybe thats why Sinik is coming back, but he's not an out and out winger. We need someone with pace...

Upside for me watching tonight.. very impressed with Leake... and I thought Woods was excellent ( and I'm not a fan of his)...

I'm sure LR is looking to trim the squad, but just what offers might come in ...?
