Do you think there would be a fight at all if these so called leaders didn’t have toy soldiers to play with

I guessed that was the case they got them from the Russians, but you never hear of western media mentioning there use unless it's by the Russians - maybe I just had selective hearing. Much like we wouldn't have heard our media mention the children they killed initially in the peace bombs over Yugoslavia. Only the enemies atrocities get a menshy but that's ok because we are the good guys.

The UK court of appeal found that arms sales to Saudi was 'irrational and unlawful' based on their human rights atrocities. So there is (or should be) a mechanism in place to determine whether to sell arms to a country. But as we all know, money trumps the sanctity of life. We've sold something like £24bn worth of weapons to the Saudis since they started the war in Yemen. And they've proceeded to bomb hospitals, colleges, schools, farms and other civilian infrastructure.

Haven't seen anyone from our government condemning it. I heard Rishi saying he "discourages it" lol. Like I discourage kids eating too many sweets on a school trip to Alton Towers.

Always thought Mickey Mouse was ****.

And Scrappy Doo ruined Hanna Barbera for me decades ago.

But seeing as we're doing HB comparisons, Captain Caveman would be Al-Qaeda, Hong Kong Phooey can be China... during the day a mild mannered multi billion dollar global business, but when **** gets real they go through that filing cabinet doing their kung fu ****.

That because it’s a Tory government.

Sunak has spoken out against them and said they shouldn’t be used. His words are there for all the world to see. That in itself is condemning the Americans.

Not really we know a Labour government would do the same.

I'd kinda like to see the word condemn in there if they're actually condemning like.

Tbh I doubt this was news to Rishi. They've known about it since April and it's probably all been gone through and accepted.

A Labour government have form for following the Yanks with the lies and supporting them whatever. I’m fairly sure they’d have stayed quiet at best on this one.

Half of NATO have gone public and stated this is a wrong move by the US. The UK being one of them. It’s clear to everyone we don’t support this. We have actively been campaigning for the end of cluster bombs over the last few years.

Every UK government follows the Yanks and their lies.

They've not said it's wrong at all though. The most they've done is used terms like "uncomfortable". I've seen someone from NATO actually stating they can understand why they've done it. It's far from condemnation and I don't expect there to be.

There's been more condemnation from Israeli critics on here against Saudis than there has from NATO countries against the yanks <laugh> <whistle>

Saw this poll on twitter so just voted Putin for a laugh and so I could see the current choice out of 8,567 votes....

Who would you prefer as President / Prime Minister?
    • Biden 3.2%
    • Putin 82.7%
    • Sunak 9.6%
    • Trudeau 4.5%

      The world is fooked. <laugh>

It's always worth remember in life, historic events repeat themselves, we've already had the great plague, I'm now just waiting for the great fire of London. I think the Tower of London might be a great place to be hold up. :bandit:
