Almost as if Gideon needed something to distract attention from him shagging drunk 16 year olds in toilet cubicles...

This is a total piss take, surely there is a way of kicking her out of parliament for a neglect of duty and at the same time claim back all expenses and money that she has claimed during non attendance
That's the issue: unless Rishi-Washy sacks her with immediate effect (which he won't, that requires a spine) she's there until the next election, because that's how the system is rigged See also: Andrew Rosindell
He can't sack her from Parliament, only the voters can do that. He can withdraw the whip so that she is an independent, but only in an election can a sitting MP be booted out. There is an exception around custodial prison sentences.
