Yup, Waltzinblack was and still is the best instrumental piece ever.

Like I said, Dave Greenfield was an absolute genius. I only found out recently that he was autistic.

I'd disagree with you on Truss, she spooked the markets, that reckless behaviour caused the economy to lose £50B, imagine what we could of done with that eh. My view is she should be in prison for gross neglect in office, or whatever legal term you want to attach to that. She certainly shouldn't be working anywhere near government office or the houses of Parliament ever again, and she still hasn't got it into her head what she did, which is even more astounding, even a tin of spam has more brains in it.

Case Proven. The UNINFORMED believe anything the mainstream media feed them.

The stock markets already knew what Truss had planned as she had been telling the mainstream media every day of the week during the leadership election about her plans to undo Sunak’s tax rises. If the stock markets had thought it was going to be calamitous then they would have factored it in long before it was announced as that is how the stock markets work.

The stock markets did not know that the BoE was going to torpedo the country’s private pension funds – most of whom are heavily dependent upon gilt yields to pay out pensions. So when the pension funds got kicked in the balls and screamed, the market reacted. Having caused the problem the BoE was then forced to act to fix it.

I suppose as you write it in bold and capital letters it makes you right then. You're just chatting out your arse as per usual.

According to Khan, the money is spent on running more clean buses and painting more cycle lanes all across London. The reality is that the money is filling in the huge black hole in the finances of TfL, which has come about during the tenure of Sadiq. He keeps having to grovel to Whitehall for more and more bailouts, so he will doubtless welcome Labour into government as that will surely mean a blank cheque for Londonistan where the likes of Keir Starmer and David Lammy happen to be local MPs. Working class man in his old white van is banished from Londonistan by the class ceiling keeping his pollution out. If only working class man had gone to grammar school like working class Starmer or Lammy then he could have been a hypocrite instead of a plumber or electrician.

It's of no real use to respond to clueless attention seekers with facts. Their one eye and limited thought capacity can't process them.

They're here to disrupt, not discuss. :emoticon-0105-wink:

I suppose that as you switch to criticising the author rather than providing any evidence to support your argument, you therefore accept that you have lost the argument because you believed unquestioningly the narrative that the mainstream media fed you. What appears in the pages of the Daily Mirror does not amount to reading.

I voted Tory and Brexit you absolute spanner, so somehow I don't see myself as a Daily Mirror reader. <laugh>
