Never, not the kind of **** hole i would visit unless circumstances forced me to. Do you know how many businesses have gone bump/closed because they can no longer work in London? I am talking about small private Businesses like Gardeners, carpet cleaners, Courriers etc who can't afford to change vehicles yet can't put the charge onto customers bills. Where does the money go, what is it used for?
The levels in London are reducing no quicker than they are in areas that don't mug motorists for going in, so it's unlikely that ULEZ is reducing things anyway. The money is spent on propping up the other London Transport that needs additional funding or it'll go bust due to Khan's mismanagement, and has much higher levels of pollution than there is above ground.
