Trying to suss out what the meat/burger thing is.

Looks wrapped in something.

It's difficult from the pic tbf.

 

I can't work out if the meat thing is wrapped in a very thin pastry or iceberg lettuce.

Looks like a Findus crispy pancake, with Lurpak, cheese slice and beans.

Maybe some kind of finely chopped shallot or something in there too..?

Looks sloppily, sluttily delicious (in a once in a lifetime kinda way).

Whatever it is, I reckon it's irresistible when drunk, inedible vomit-inducing ****e when sober.

I wasn't sure if it was mince wrapped in iceburg lettuce or what I know as a minced beef slice - I think some people call them bakes.
