He did, we’ve always used him deeper since he joined, despite him always usually being the most advanced midfielder in previous sides. Remember Shrewsbury fans being confused when they saw him deeper. I’ll always have a lot of respect for Doc, ultimate athlete and a warrior, just really hasn’t improved in the last 2 seasons
I wouldn't be surprised if after last night he falls down the pecking order. Also I would wager we bring in a midfielder in some capacity
