Yeah they were really clinical. And not just the finish but the assists too. Vaughan driving at the defender to pull him inside until the last minute before teeing Slater up. So many times we see those moments wasted, where a player in Vaughan's position takes a poor touch or passes it too early and the space closes up, or someone balloons the finish. These are the margins. Finish off moves like that in the league and we'll be laughing.

Vaughn's no look pass was "class".

 

It was mainly reserves and then a load of young kids. I am not getting carried away with the second half any more than I was being suicidal over the first half unlike some of our fans.

Be nice to have as large and vociferous crowd for league games that they got for a friendly an hour’s drive away which didn’t finish until after 10.30,
