Mbappe might be up for sale. PSG president has said that they can not let him leave for free next summer and that they want him to sign a new contract to stop that (can't see that happening, Mbappe has made it clear he wont sign and wants out). So either they sell for what they can get this summer, he signs which could mean they refuse to sell in the future, or he leaves next summer to Real on a free.

Erm no, cause his contract wasn't running out in 12months last season and Real actually had to stump up the money if they wanted him. Now they just have to wait. Also if PSG want to recoup any money then they will have to sell for what they can get, rather than being able to demand £100+m PSG smell of desperation.
