Sucky making up for someone else's wildly inaccurate posts re transfers after making wildly inaccurate posts about everyone else's transfers. Shock all scousers offended!
I’m ok with that. We don’t pretend to have no money or moan about what other clubs spend, despite us being able to spend much less on fees and wages. We know our place regards revenue now and we’ll work with it… not like that horse toothed git over your way
To be fair to sucky, he has just copied it from the tinterweb for a poor effort at digs, I believed a mate in the pub who’s a Dipper without checking his claims. My basis for the earlier point wasn’t that the dippers failed to recoup any money last year, it was that since signing Nunez, they had recouped no money. That’s not correct as has been pointed out. Nico Williams and the other kid to rangers happened afterwards. I actually thought Nunez transfer date was 1st July and Mane was earlier, but Nunez transfer was actually agreed a week earlier when I checked. Both were made official on 1st July (Int transfer window opens). TLDR, despite Mane, Williams and the kid to rangers, Pool have spunked plenty on fees and a lot more in wages than “Ruining the game” Newcastle have, all while horse chops cries about ceilings and not being able to compete. The despicable ****.
Mate everyone's transfer figures on here including ours are wildly inaccurate, especially if Sucky's posting them. Scousers are obsessed with other people's spend. They were brainwashed by that fat miserable spanish waiter 20 yrs ago and it's been their thing ever since.
Lad, I saw big Les chatting up a footballer over a few weeks back in Swindon. No idea who, as I don’t no little league players
Fwiw, I see Liverpool as the main danger to City again this season. Arsenal just behind them. Everybody else fighting it out for 4th.
Why? Like us they don't have a competent striker other than Salah who nose dived last year. All they have added so far is midfielders who may or may not create more chances for Nunez and his mates to miss. Nothing has changed in defence except VvD has got a year older so they will still leak goals and the lack of a RB will not help that.
They finished the season really strongly and seemed to have had their **** back together. The main weakness for them was their midfield and they’ve already made two top signings to strength that back up. The way Klopps team play they don’t rely on one person to score the goals. Didn’t Salah still hit about 20 league goals last season despite it being a quiet one for him? The defence is still decent enough and the midfield being renewed should stop so much pressure on the defence. They also don’t have champions league football to contend with.
