No they didn’t. Told me they were sorry to see me leave and I could resubscribe anytime I wanted. Go figure!
I cancelled in early June to avoid this happening. Was very quick and easy to cancel and had the same message about welcoming me back.
Thanks. Fortunately I'm paying monthly, just for audio commentary, last payment was 27th June, roughly $8.00 Can., appeared on my credit card which I just checked online. That would be in advance for July so I should get a refund. Did you by any chance contact them using www.wearehullcity.co.uk/contact-us/EULA/ ? Thanks again.
@John are you still in Vietnam? according to the website this is an "unsold" territory so you can watch all the games even if they are being shown on Sky.
I've just registered online and accessed the site but I can't seem to find a screen(s) that allows me to select subscription options ! I may be being stupid in navigating the site, but it isn't apparent where to select video or audio and the options of monthly/quarterly/annual payments etc. Any thoughts? (not about me being stupid ! It's a given )
By by my Please ignore - read something early on that made me think it was audio only and no live stream. Quite frankly, the communications around this new streaming service from Urban Zoo have been less than stellar. The app appears to be being delivered somewhat piecemeal. Surely, they should know the cost of the subscription by now. Then again I might be biased as I have just been charged for an annual video pass by Ifollow. Message to Urban Zoo “Do Better”
From the main screen I clicked Tigers+ at the top, thrn subscriptions half way down, subscriptions again then it says coming soon. So it's there but it's not.
Thanks Plum. I seem to have hit an "interim-interim" screen that only showed the "match passes" option button. Looking again just now the "subscription" option was showing and on clicking found the "coming soon" comment you mention. In the meantime I shipped off an e-mail to Andrew Clark at "wearehullcity.co.uk" (who I've traded e-mails with before) asking a few questions about the schedule of functionality releases/updates to the system, as well as prices of options (audio only/video, monthly/quarterly/annual and of course prices) and when we can expect, as subscribers, to be able to test the final production release BEFORE the first league game. He responded promptly in my earlier dealings with him, so I'll update on here if I find anything new.
