Besiktas have their sporting director flying to the UK to meet Wilcox to try and reach an agreement for Joe Aribo.

Of the attacking players I'd say just Onuachu and Djenepo left after Aribo really I would consider us needing to get rid of.

Another sale to Turkey, I believe SR are still the only foreign owners out there, must have some decent contacts.

Aribo probably would be decent in the championship, but he is about 6th choice attacking midfielder at the moment.

 

Problem with Aribo is I still can’t tell you what his best position or best role is

 

I have no faith Aribo would be decent in the Champ. He just doesn’t care enough. He’s high up on my list of players I want out asap, so very happy there are stories about clubs interested in him.

 

I am surprised that we might off load Aribo. That would be good business. I would also be as keen to see Adam Arsmtrong binned too.

It does make you wonder how the management within the club is reviewing last season's recuitment as these seem to be the players we are off-loading. You wonder just howmuch fall-out there might be and whether the sales are driven by financial issues or simply because there is a feeling recruitment has not been good enough. I would have expected someone's head to have rolled on this - especially as the fees are not being recouperated.

Winks and Coady are excellent signings for the Championship. Bargain for sub £20m for the pair too.

Yep, Coady in particular is outrageous considering he was in the World Cup squad a few months back. Fair play to Leicester; not f*cking about.

Third different Championship club that Delap has loaned on the loan in less than 11 months. Grand total of 4 goals last season.

He might prove me wrong, but right now I'm quite happy that our rumored bids for him last summer weren't successful.
