Nothing to do with being old, past it and useless then. Just a nice little earner oh and nobody wants them
The essential exits for me are the players that let us down the most. Almost like they are here to ensure that we fail on a weekly basis. They would be... Meslier Firpo Llorente Koch Struijk Bamford The ones in bold MUST leave if we are to succeed next season.
At least we have boxt sticking around as a sponsor.....just missing a couple of LL's in-between the o and x ....
I agree with all of those and I’d probably add Aaronson and Kristensen to the list. I’ve got to say I wouldn’t be that bothered if we kept Bamford as I’m assuming we’re going to lose Rodrigo and probably Gelhardt but only if we buy another number 9 like Piroe or a Gykores type. Not a bad squad player at that level.
Hard to argue with the list. I felt Kristenson grew into the season a bit (looked better at CB towards the end than RB) so don't mind if he stays. I'm fairly ambivolent about paddy in the championship. He helped the team play better (but was that only because we didn't have a direct replacement?). His scoring record... when you looked at xg and big chances missed was poor in the champ.
Can't argue with that , (wish i could) but we need someone who can take a good percentage of the chances that come their way.
If that's the best the 49ers can provide as a cf then Im afraid well be well in bottom half or worse. He's useless, can't score and chronically injury prone but of course, because of his farcical contract, he wont go anyway
Good management can, see Bielsa. Couple poor players with crap coaches and we’ve seen what happens. Something definitely went wrong in the dressing room, we went down with a whimper and the players can’t wait to jump ship. It sticks in my mind what Allardyce said, he was surprised at the lack of fight in the last four games, albeit I know he never blames himself. Makes me wonder if those with a relegation loan clause gave up after the Palace game.
