Even more stupidly, that bloke pictured is German, so he risked criminal charges by wearing it.
Got banned for life by Nazio, but I've not seen any follow up by the police.

I've just discovered that Mussolini's great-grandson is on Lazio's books:

    Because of course he is.
What position does he play? Right-winger. Seriously. <doh>

Let me guess: their main rivalry is with Eastbourne Borough FC?

Union Berlin aren't allowed to host Champions League games.
Their stadium isn't deemed suitable, so they'll have to play at the Olympiastadion, instead.
That's the home of rivals Hertha, who've just been relegated to tier 2. Ouch.

They are fairly safe on UEFA FFP.
Could be a bet though on a return to regular
    CL money being restored,

    < time will tell >

There's a few reasons for this. Arsenal's wage bill has been under better control and is at a lower level than it was in 2018. We've got a wage bill between £150m-£170m lower than Man City, Man Utd and Liverpool. It gives us extra wiggle room for new players. This, plus the additional income from Champions League football, the extra home games we had in Europe, the new TV deal, additional prize money from finishing 3 places higher in the Premier League and the bonus sponsorship payments (sleeve and stadium-name) from being in the Champions League, and the figures all accumulate.

Then there's the anticipated player sales. Nicolas Pepe, Granit Xhaka, Thomas Partey, Kieran Tierney, Folarin Balogun, Sambi Lokonga, Rob Holding, Cedric Soares, Alex Runarsson, Charlie Patino and Auston Trusty are all names that are concretely on the 'Open to Sell' list. We probably won't get rid of all of them, and some may even be loaned out, but that will still provide additional relief on our wage bill and finances. Maitland-Niles, for example, left on a free transfer and he was on £35k a week. Nonetheless, I still expect us to recoup around £70m+ in sales from most of those names.

This was what I'm getting at. If they can drop £170m without selling anyone, why can't we? We are officially a wealthier club than them with a higher annual revenue. What's holding us back?

do you really need to ask this CK :emoticon-0130-devil

    I await the following:

    - we need to be fiscally sound
    - we don't have the squad space as we havent sold anyone to be able to buy people in otherwise they will be rotting on the bench
    - there isn't anyone decent around
    - we don't have CL footie for anyone decent
    - we don't want to be the next portsmouth/leicester/etc

The fiscally sound bit would never work on here, everyone on the Spud board knows how their CEO Levy;s people to get great deals so could probably get 10 top players for half of what Aesenal have spent.

( you may not be aware of the common gloat "we gave them a real Levying".)

Yeah, and in spite of all of the above, poor old Chelsky
were still able to find and sign Kante in 2016, and for
    pittance transfer/wage fees ...[/QUOTE]

Mount for £60M or Maddison for £40M?
I’m thinking Spurs did the better business here. Not sure where Mount plays, given Utd have Fernandes and Eriksen.
