Got to be more between next week's TNS and Wycombe. PSG, Barcelona, Real Madrid? Just keeping them quiet. Or avoiding pre season injuries?
July is f'in' hot and expensive. We go September and November. I thought Bulut put a block on that anyway.
2 more home games but bizarrely not open to the public but one planned versus an unnamed PL team https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport.../cardiff-city-announce-behind-closed-27220245
It's Fulham................... https://hammyend.com/index.php/2023/06/fulham-to-host-cardiff-city-in-pre-season-friendly/
At least some of them anyway. City will then face Cambridge United on Friday, 7th July (3pm kick-off), before taking on Bristol Rovers on Tuesday, 11th July (3pm kick-off). These fixtures will take place behind closed doors. Both matches will be streamed live on Cardiff City TV. Further details on streaming and purchasing Match Passes for these fixtures will be released in due course.
I still don’t get it. Why behind closed doors? I wonder if any other teams are following suit. I really looked forward to the pre season friendlies and this year, apart from two kickabouts with Welsh League teams which will probably involve our youngsters, we are going to have these fixtures denied. Live streams aren’t the same as going to a match. Ah well it saves me some money then.
