    The 2 others are Matt Fitzpatrick who is from Sheffield and his caddy is Billy Foster who always wears a Leeds badge either on his cap or bag. The other one is the Scot who’s actually a yank but was world No1 for ages Jordan Spieth

    I guess it’s a double edged sword. If these people want to invest it isn’t because they’re interested in football in general or Leeds United in particular. They see it as a way of making money. Only way that happens is if we get promoted so on the face of it, the new owners are going to give it a go this season. Of course the owners also see it as a way to make quick profit. Then we’re back into the unknown.

    No they don’t but their role is to appoint the right people to run the recruitment and football side of things. And the new chairman has been around for about four years.
