If rumour mill is accurate I am about to be underwhelmed by our club yet again. Farke and Parker have a CV with promotions, Viera hasn’t in management but has as a top player. We needed a Benitez or Ancelloti or Bielsa even Nagelsman or Gallardo. 49ers in the championship have gone for a lower league manager instead of aiming high and selling the club to a top coach they have gone bargain bucket

 

At times that’s exactly what you need to do in the championship

 

Disagree. 38 draws in the PL gets you survival. 46 draws in the Championship gets you **** all.

If true then they have gone woke.

 

Greedy Brentford have shot themselves in the foot as their keeper had agreed terms with Spurs and is deffo going, but they insisted on £40m and Spurs only willing to pay £30m. It went on too long so Spurs bought an Italian for £19m and Brentford now have a keeper who is gutted and Brentford will not get £30m they could have had.

 

It also means that Meslier might not be in as high demand as he thinks he is.

 

But that is a worry as we may be stuck with him.

 

He really is not that good but we should get a buyer. Say we get 10 million for him it's fine. Plenty of goalies on a free who surely could be more athletic than him.

Farke had turned the job down due to him not feeling the club was 'structured correctly' for him.

That left Viera as the only other choice so it was expected that the EFL would give ownership the green light yesterday and that Viera would be announced.

It appears that since then Leeds have gone back to Farke and negotiations have started again. If they don't find common ground over the next few days then we'll be left with Viera again but it sounds like we want Farke at this point.

Some good news, looks like Llorente and Rasmus are both off to Roma. Just need to sign up young Cody and then we have our RB sorted or if Cody wants to leave and we get Farke then I’m sure he can give Max Aaron’s a call. Glad we’re getting rid of Rasmus as I thought that’d be a struggle.

 

Definitely good news if both go.

 

Would be great if we had replacements lined up and a manager in place oh and let's not forget the fact Burnely and Luton are after Drameh.

I'm just hoping that Dave from the Dog and **** is as a good defender as people have been telling me.
