THURSDAY 1405 Chelmsford- LIBERTUS 7/2 LIBERTUS - 1 point win got off the mark at the seventh attempt when winning over 6f at Southwell on the AW in August and he was also a good runner up twice last year with the form of those races stacking up well, looked to be coming back into form when a decent second earlier in the month to GRANDFATHER TOM who has since won again and i think he has more to come with Tommie Jakes retaining the ride with his 7lb claim putting him 1lb below that easy win at Southwell, a repeat of her last run should see her go close with LEVEL UP I think being the main danger running off the same mark as his second lto. 1515 Chelmsford- DELAGATE THE LADY 10/1 - 1 point ew Oldest in the field and outsider of the bunch but she is the only course and distance winner in the field and she's now on the same mark as her win 3 starts ago for this yard with Farragher on board with his 3lb claim, does need to improve on her latest starts but she's got a good record at this course so clearly likes it here and worth chancing in this 4 runner race. 1725 Uttoxeter- REGAL AND ROYAL 12/1 EW - 1 point ew Not much to go on form wise for REGAL AND ROYAL but it was the booking of O'keefe that caught the eye, don't think he's rode here before and he's 0-7 when riding for this yard (placed 3) but he's over for just the one ride and the horse could improve on that last run when 5th on hurdling debut at Bangor 11 days ago over 2m, did pull up on debut on his start before with an irregular heartbeat but I think the drop in trip will suit and if building on that last run then I think she could run into a place at an eachway price. ASCOT 1505 WONDER LEGEND 8/1 EW - 1 point ew Another big field and you can't rule any out but James Ferguson has two in this and had DEAUVILLE LEGAND finish second in this last year for the same owners who went on to win some big races, he's only had 4 starts so he's definitely got more to come and he's won his last two races comfortably with the latest being a 5 length win at Doncaster over a 1m 2f with the one behind winning since upped in class, hasn't ran since then and he's up 13lb but this looks to have been the aim with Daniel Muscutt retaining the ride, plenty of dangers but I think he'll be up there at the finish.

I got £1 each way on Thunder Ball in the 5:00 & Croupier in the last race, nothing special, but covered the **** I’ve had for most of this week, some of it from the “experts”, some from me, today being me, got lucky really.
