Frances Lynn, well know Watford fan, was at the meeting this week. She has made this comment.

"I think the best part was the post event chat with Gino. He wouldn't stop talking. His passion for football and for Watford shone through."

 

I heard someone say he was a lot more free to speak honestly and open after the public forum in private as well.

And not surprised - we probably all would be .

Trouble is we know how some we react to that - they will kick off about the hierarchy “preferring” certain fans .

Sure he does love the game and cares deeply - some might say too much !!

 

An inspired substitution by the Norway coach imo. Scotland basically had two players on Haaland all the time, keeping him under control - subbing him off effectively freed up one of those two, giving us an extra man in midfield - and allowed us to start dominating them.

 

Yes complacency I guess .

Thinking of the forum and having read through each of the Andrew French transcribes in the Wobby, I think I can say that I'm much happier with things than I was. Also noticeable that the usual numpties have, generally speaking, been a bit quiet. Hopefully the actions will match the words.

 

If true about having no debt next summer would be encouraging.

Hopefully Ismael will be given time by club and fans !

 

What is more encouraging is the suggestion that there is more unity in the squad now.
