It would be interesting to know how many of these people who are banned get turned away from grounds.

Depending on how determined they are, there are ways of fooling facial recognition software.

75k in means no way do they check everyone.

you.get these tickets to phones now so he gets a phone of someone then walks in and posts a picture of him and his scum shirt in the ground.

Not sure what's more laughable... our owners taking £37m out of the club or the claim that Man City's owners have only put £81m in!

well its the "last 5 years" tag.

you can make any stat up.

In reality FSG loaned LFC 127million more than 5 years ago. the 37 will be loan repayments. they are not taking dividends.

Man city have been doping the revenue side for more than 5 years. they started the second they got caught cheating. "world's highest revenues" for a club nobody across the globe cares about. Its obvious city's owners are pouring money into their clubs coffers artificially

FSg might as well not exist as far as LFC are concerned. If the club was floated on a stock market so there was "public ownership" and the club appointed high class commercial staff the result would be the exact same imo. FSG bring no special commercial deals not access to markets. Our prime sponsors are in far east and shirt deals with nike etc. Its not like access to US market generates that much

    OFFICIAL MAIN PARTNER (far east)
    Standard Chartered
OFFICIAL KIT SUPPLIER (down to success on park not fsg knowing nike)
    Nike
OFFICIAL PRINCIPAL PARTNERS (i see no FSG influence here)
    AXA
    Expedia

OFFICIAL PARTNERS (any of these really down to FSg?)
    Carlsberg
    Wasabi
    Vista
    SC Johnson
    Kodansha
    Sorare
    EA Sports
    Mauritius Tourism
    Monster Energy
    Nivea
    Petro Canada
    Extreme
    Think Markets
    Coca-Cola
    Quorn
    Cadbury
    Interwetten
    Joie
    Cardless
    AEG Presents

I'd contend FSG are bascially passengers out for their pay off at this point.

I don't look into this side of the game often but from what I have read I'm happy with FSG and certainly don't want us sold to some Saudi company with loads of money. If we drop down the league again so be it.

imo this is way way bigger than one club

we will suffer as a club but who cares.

this is all about the football fans up and down the country and across Europe paying through the nose to support a massive bubble created by this spending.

we are witnessing a takeover of newcastle and Chelsea in various means and uncontrolled spending thats becoming backed by fake transfers to Saudi clubs

we are seeing agents having a wet dream and every club now demanding 100 mil for any player which is hyper fueling this bubble.

fees are so far beyond the average club now that they all want to have the dream 100mil sale and are ignoring the reality of real revenue and affordbaility

Interest rates up yet again. I’m no economist and I get the idea that it means people less likely to borrow money instead save money and therefor prices go down to entice people back to buy things.

But a hell of a lot of people are going out and extravagantly spending. For a lot of people they’re already only buying the necessity’s so can’t cut back anymore and all you’re doing is denting their income even more.

Only people that profit from high interest is people with more money in savings than in their mortgage. Which in general is people in their 50s/60s who are retiring and mortgage free. Funny that’s the vast majority of Tory voters though…

Yes, people are already struggling, have cut back to the bare bones and can't afford to cut any more.
I'm ok for the moment, as I still have just over 2 years left on my fixed deal. However, when it ends and rates are broadly the same as today, I'm looking having to find about £800+ a month more. We don't go out to dinner, we don't go to the pub, the only money we really spend is taking the kids out. Will probably look at extending the length of my mortgage or try to go interest only payment for a couple of years. Who knows.

For once i don't think this is aimed at benefiting Tory voters it is just the BoE have followed the normal policy but personally think it is a nonsense as i fail to see how increasing costs for Business and mortgagees / tenants will reduce the inflation we have at present as it isn't caused by demand .

    It's a truly ridiculous policy.

You'd hope someone would get a grip of them.

We have 2 seperste rates from when moved house and moved mortgage across but took out extra and luckily couple years back when interest rates were barely anything took out an 8 year fixed. The other was a 5 year fixed when moved 3 1/2 years ago so that runs out October 24 so imagine that rate is going to go up massively unless anything changes.

Personally we get by even with partner out of work atm and people in a far worse situation than me.

Just seems like as solid says, the normal response to inflation is to increase rates, but the increase in inflation isn’t driven by normal circumstances atm.

people that can’t afford to go out and go on holiday aren’t going, people that can still do. Binging up mortgage rates and hitting those that are most vulnerable won’t stop people going to Tesco and buying a weeks worth of food for £100
