Waghorn still qualifys as an emergency loan and there will be a recall clause in there. As soon as Nigel Pearson is announced he will be recalled first thing And i fail to see how he is your player as we still own his contract.
I understand that's what the hold-up is. Nigel has a 700k release in his contract but we know he's nothing without Steve Walsh. We're holding out for a rumoured 500k for the other 2.
Steve Walsh and Craig Shakepeare will follow Nigel i can guarantee you that. They came here with him, followed him to Hull and now will come back. They are Nigels staff that follow him not someone who is there for the club
He wasn't signed as an emergency loan, he was signed on loan during the transfer window, so you may or may not be able to recall him. Considering he's been out a month and doesn't look close to a return, I don't really think it makes much difference to either of us.
Sorry, I think you're wrong there. We signed him on loan during the transfer window. Emergency loans are loans made outside of the transfer window. Whilst emergency loans can be recalled ordinary loans normally cannot. I'm sure I read that on the FL website

Just checked the rules - a season long loan can't be recalled, but a part season loan can be recalled at any point after the first 28 days, so they can recall him if they want.
They havent been at your training ground all week so that pretty much shows you where their loyalties lye
Recalls are no longer allowed in long term loan deals - A long-term loan must commence betwen 1st July and 31st December, and must run to the end of the season. A player on a long-term loan cannot be recalled by his original club unless he is permanently transferred to another club.
