just seems a case of the prosecution going "who else could it be" now they are probably right but beyond reasonable doubt seems a bit of a stretch .
Yeah that's how I see it too. Pretty sure she is guilty (the hand written notes made my mind up) but the whole case seems to be based on her being on the ward at the time. Really not sure that's enough to convict someone of arguably the worst crimes in this country for decades. As brb alludes to I don't envy the jurors here having to sit and try and take this in for 8 months.
need the Scottish system Guilty Not Proven Innocent as the middle one seems appropriate i.e. we think you're guilty but they can't prove it

This dumb **** guard, attempts to take down this man, twice his size and promptly finds himself in a stranglehold unable to free himself. Police saved his ass. I send him a message now "yo Batman.
