I know, but it does make you wonder if maybe there is a time and a place for a player like him. After all last week they where saying Cook and Trott wouldn't have been considered either

It's a moot point because Khawaja is Australian and Cook/Trott have retired

Root isn't exactly a bazball stereotype, but he has adapted his game. No chance a player like Cook wouldn't play in this team

It was quoted by Stokes and Baz last week in the press that Cook wouldn't get a game
