Iraola is an incredibly rated up and coming coach, done insanely well with Rayo Vallecano (the 5th biggest Madrid club). Its a bit like the links we had earlier in summer I guess, be seen as Progressive

Makes me despair to be honest. I keep hearing about overseas coaches being progressive. I dont believe it one bit to be honest. British coaches are every bit as good and I reckon O'Neil proved his worth. I am not even convinced this fella has the record to back up the reputation. Time will tell I suppose, but the La Liga standard hasnt been great last couple of years in my opinion. Wouldnt be surprised if this appointment fails. Probably be asking Roy Hodgson to sort them out come Feb.
Crazy decision. They got 96 points. Not enough to go up but a hell of an effort. Recovered from a freak result and a bad night to get up anyway. Moore is a gent, so we'll never know, but I certainly hope they pay the price for this. Managers leave. They have their time, but this wasn't his. I think they'll struggle unless they have some decent cash to hoy about. It's not a young squad, and play off winners usually struggle.
