Exactly or focus on the positive, he could easily have said it was a difficult and disappointing season but an exciting time ahead with new owners, a new coach and new challenges.

There’s a risla paper of difference between the two. I don’t know why but Parker irritates the **** out of me. Comes across as a right smug ****, reminds me of Lampard. As someone else said on another thread, he makes you feel like you’d want to give him a slap. Not that I would obviously.
I'm not a fan of his, I just don't see what Farke did with a Norwich team that had Pukki and Buendia as anything special the second time around, sometimes just right man, right club, right time and this I believe was one of those moments for him and Norwich.
Don’t think FARKE was ever really supported in the market when he got them promoted. Norwich seemed to spend more time hawking players like Buendia and Cantwell around trying to flog them. Heres a comparison at the blunts. The Arab owner has just seen the club sale fall through, so he has told Heckingbottom his budget for the Prem is only £20m and the £107m+ tv money is going into his bank account. If this happens then the blunts are straight back down
I was never as convinced by wober as some, he started well enough but seemed to have regular injury niggles and the mistakes creeped into his game. I think he’d be ok in the champ if he stays. This is just a non story for me, he’s not been asked about his future he’s talking to an Austrian publication ahead of internationals, not discussing his future at Leeds.
Norwich fans don’t seem to see it that way, though Risty. They seem to universally rate him. It was a non-entity team he took over, took a while to get them to play his system.. which is a flag obviously but then they did great. You’re dismissing his second promotion as if it’s a given you should take a relegated side back up… truth is the norm is that it doesn’t happen. I don’t think there’s much to choose between Parker and Farke to be honest. They’d fit in the not exciting but not ‘hold head in hands’ choices. Both their sides try and play good football… both found out that without the class of player required you can’t play open football in the prem. Sides that leak goals in their championship campaigns tend to get mullered when they move up. The sides that have done ok have typically been those that learn how to keep it tight and nick games like Brentford. So I have the same reservations about both of them in that respect but neither have had budgets to work with Personally I don’t find Parker smug either. Rodgers grates on me far more.
