Although I do quite like the fact they all wore hats back then, they had a certain look. Even until he passed last month, my old man liked to wear a flat cap and it really suited him.

I've been back to eating right again myself and you know what I'm now kinda thinking **** it tbh ... I enjoy eating pizzas and I'm getting pissed off already.

 

I'm having mussels tonight.

 

You surprise me ....I believe you were eating some posh food the last time you posted, but everything about you screams sausage roll and beans.

Do you use the gym or are you one of these chef blokes?

It's not posh really they are cheap compared to prawns etc.

I eat anything really, i like a good steak but i also like liver and kidneys, it's all good stuff if it's fresh.

Same. I flit between health crazes and not giving a **** when it comes to food - and more the point beer (which is the real weight killer). I've seen too many 'healthy' & fit friends die completley unexpectedly to think it's worth living like a saint to preserve your life. It can hit anyone, any time. So just fecking enjoy it while you can.

If enjoyment for you is going to the gym and eating salad every day, then fair play. But if it's burgers and beers, then fair enough too. The one thing I do maintain consistenly is exercise, but that's because I get a buzz, not because it's the right thing to do.

 

It's mad the perception people get of you from text on a message board.

I'm probably the opposite in real life as how i come across on here.

I like the gym It's really just leisurely now though and tbh I've noticed over the years they're slowly filling with some awful human beings... men and women who are completely self obsessed and carrying awful attitudes. It's become the 'IN' thing to do ... a bit like smoking buckets was in the 90's..

I had a friend that ate some disgusting creatures out a jar .can't recall what they were? some lifeform from the sea.

 

These ****ing things ... bowk! Like something from a Ridley Scott sci fi horror.

 

Worst I ever tried was pickled herring on holiday in Norway. Instant vom. Could have been that? Local delicassy but those guys are just weird.
