Cheers for that marra,isn’t going down into the nick the reason people do the Walk?,what are the dangers and pitfalls of going in the nick?Yes I did it a while ago in my 50s and found it fairly easy going although you will be going down hill at high cup nick and might be hard on the knees but if you pick a route less steep ,( don't go into the nick itself) you should be fine. Great walk by the way and definitely the easiest way to do it. Good luck and enjoy your day.
no not really .I think it more of the views from the top and looking into it, although some might prefer the climb out of it going the other way.
