My first Leeds Kit (1970) had his number 5 on the back.

Good to see you're now getting onboard with the programme.

This is going to be awsome.

Whilst Leeds fook about trying to employ someone with a decent CV Leicester have opted for an up and coming Pep disciple. It worked for Burnley last season with Kompany who Pep says will replace him when he leaves Man City, you could also say Arsenal have a Pep guy in Arteta, will this work for Leicester

On the vermin Twitter thread announcing the sad news of his passing, the comments are full of their plastic fans moaning that there is no announcement about a takeover. If ever you needed proof of the glory hunting plastics, they are there. Shameful disrespect and shows these modern day fans have no knowledge of their club or players. ****ers

Glad he’s not coming to us though mate too much of a gamble for me. He’s being employed solely on the basis of who his boss is. His boss only ever being judged on teams that virtually buy success. What would he have learnt when things don’t go well.

It bugs me when the reports go Scum player dies, where it should be ex Leeds Utd and Scum player dies. I mean he only played 40 or so more matches for them than us. <ok>

What I read was... they brought him in to sense check their january deals last year... Bruno, Wood, Trippier, Burn. Think they were all lined up... he just looked over the deals and (possibly also some that didn't happen) then departed before they happened. Probably have to look back to celtic, west brom and reading times to assess what he did when he had more control... with whatever budgets were available. I can't be arsed... i've done my 5 mins 'research'

Hearing the sad news today I got to searching for old clips, usually of Gm getting sent off. I found this. It's a bit before my time but what a team they were.
It did make me wonder why we sold Greenhoff and maybe why we bought Sniffer.
