'Jackson, who is black, said most of the neighborhood and its delivery drivers are also African American* and it would be 'highly unlikely that we would make such remarks.'

Given they don't say what they slur is, why is any of that relevant? Are they implying only blacks can be the victims of racism?

*****ing stupid term. Most have never been to Africa, and many will have no cultural links to Africa, and if they have, it's pretty much nailed on they're better off than the off spring of any of their ancestors that never made the trip.
