That's what the BBQ is there for :)

For a moment, I thought you'd harvested a couple of @Schlem Boogerman 's legendary fingers.

Couldn't be arsed with the BBQ. Did them on there last time though and they were a lot nicer.

    Saturday afternoon's baby backs. Bootiful.

Did wings too but forgot to take a photo of them as in a right old rush at the end, but they were bloody good.

I've been using rubs from Angus and Oink for a while, and one called Fools Gold is amazing on wings. It's a bacon, honey and miso rub. Marinated them overnight in that and then topped them off with a bit of a jalapeno and maple based one just before they went on the grill. Went down a treat at the BBQ I was late for.

Yup - must've missed this in amongst the euphoria surround Newcastle buying Mbappe...

Photo of the ribs was from Saturday... it's been a busy few days!

Tomahawk steak. Had a great day and wanted to celebrate but also had no interest in seeing anyone else whatsoever so had a sharing steak to myself. Would recommend.

Yeah the restaurant scene is very good here, both fancy and not fancy. It was better than Hawksmoor for the food and A good 35% cheaper even if you don’t get the vibe and atmosphere which I don’t give a **** about anyway.

Never been to a Tomahawk, and we have one in York... Been to Hawksmoor a number of times over the years (Manchester and London) and always really enjoyed them. Must make a trip out to Tomahawk some time.

Not sure where you're based, but my favourite place to go before going out in Manchester was Solita. Great place.

Tomahawk is the name of the steak. This was an independent place. Only been to Hawksmoor once for a special occasion and wasn’t hugely impressed given the price. The margins on steak these days must be horrific though if you’re trying to be competitive which they don’t need to be. Place was packed midweek with city ****ers.
