Pleased for them last thing we want is clubs going under, even if a section of their fan base are arseholes
I It's never ending with them mind. Presumably this bloke has some cash, as he'll need it just to stand still there. But, whatever else they might be, they are are a text book example of how not to do things, something we were pretty good at ourselves not too long ago . But loading up with League One old boys, and then paying high wages on low income was as sure to hurt them badly as would belting yourself on the head with a hammer. Something tells me this might not be as clean and easy as it sounds.
Erm weren't their fans telling us in the last season in league 1 they were an example of how a club should be run and how to get out of the league? All while we could see the start of our club turning itself around under KLD? So not only was it water off a duck back then its now ****ing hilarious!
The speed of this sounds to me like the old owners got rid as quick as they could and sold up to the first bid that came in. Likelihood is there's debts and liabilities to take on that'll become clear as things roll on, so we may still get a few more dramas involving them in the near future.
Would love to know what conditions the EFL have put in place this time to stop exactly the same thing happening as the last owner. It's good for the decent fans that they appear to have been saved though.
