Even if he’d been the best Prime Minister of all time apart from those two ridiculously massive things those would still be pretty dreadful ****-ups in a three year tenure.

Obviously he was woeful as he’s a lazy fat charlatan doing a terrible Churchill impression.

If you get the odd asylum seekers that stab babies in the park at least the park may have less litter in it .

When you factor in the 8 hotel rooms, 3 meals a day free legal , dental & health care .

We could just pay a park cleaner £3000 an hour & it would be way more cost effective.

There is a scheme where lefty refugees welcome people can take asylum seekers into their own home if you care that much.

Just Stop Oil protests have cost Metropolitan Police £4.5m in six weeks

The £4.5m is on top of the £7.5m which had already been spent policing the series of protests JSO staged between October and December last year.

Deputy Assistant Commissioner Ade Adelekan said: "In deploying the new tactics of moving slowly in front of traffic along highways, Just Stop Oil's intent has been clear on disrupting road users.

"It may look like we are not responding quickly enough, however policing protests is complex and there are steps officers must take to make sure our response is lawful and appropriate," he said.

Up to 8 June, nearly 13,770 officer shifts had been used dealing with the demonstrations, the Met said.

It would probably be more cost effective to house them and let them work and pay tax than paying Tory donors way above market rates to accommodate them in sub-standard crowded rooms too but value for money has never been a strength of this government.

"Community notes killing Labour's history revision". <laugh>

The Labour Party has sparked a row about transparency in politics after putting out a video claiming the very first Black MPs were elected 36 years ago for the Labour Party.

A glossy video promoting its 'Bernie Grant Leadership Programme' saw Dawn Butler and shadow foreign secretary David Lammy reminiscing about Labour's history of black parliamentary representation.

However the accompanying tweet from the party said: "It has been 36 years since the first Black MPs were elected".

The claim quickly prompted keen-eyed history-loving users to accuse the party of falling short on their historical knowledge.

According to records, the first-ever black MP was elected in 1767 - 220 years before Labour's claim.

"The first black MP was elected in 1767. James Townsend, Whip MP for West Looe, was elected."

While the now-defunct Whig party saw the first two BAME MPs elected, the Tories followed quickly behind, seeing their first mixed race MP Ralph Benson elected in 1812, followed shortly after by John Stewart in 1832.

For the amount we’re paying Serco to keep them on a boat we could probably buy half of Stoke and turn it into luxury flats.

A small percentage of the foreign-born population don’t speak English at all and the vast majority speak it well. If Kustard can hold down a job and own a home then anyone must have a chance.
