Yes. Vettel was pretty much able to one stop in Monaco for example, a softer fifth compound would've been useful there. I'm pleased Pirelli are trying to keep degradation pretty high, I think 2-3 stops is ideal, it would be nice if they threw in the odd 4-5 stop race every now and then to mix it up.
