Previous page has some discussion about it.

Must admit, I'd never heard of him. He should fit right in at Spurs <laugh>

Surprised you have never heard of him, he's done well at Celtic - but as you know that's not exactly the best measure of a manager. Although I feel he's got more about him than that twat Rodgers (ex Celtic) or Gerrard who was at Rangers.

I think his hair dryer will project better than that of Conte as well, focusing on the game rather than the opposition manager (Tuchel).

Could well turn out to be a Goon's worst nightmare... he'll drum any 'spursyness' out of that squad, and no mistake... last thing their wobbly bollocks neighbours need at this juncture ... <laugh>

If your previous predictions are anything to go by, then I'm sure it will all turn out fine <laugh>

Rodgers, Lennon and Gerrard did well at Celtic too.

Big step up to the PL and he has to contend with the Spursy DNA

The one where I said I could see no reason that we'd not stay in the top 4 when we were top at Xmas 2015? ... now that's how you see out a lead Ponks ... and it certainly wasn't no 9 pointer type <laugh>

No, I was thinking of more recent ones than 8 years ago flos...

Like how you said Lesta would enjoy regularly finishing above Arsenal

How Fofana would never be sold

How it was deluded to think that Arsenal would finish above Spurs this season

I could go on <laugh>

Rodgers went on to win one of the 2 major trophies in English footie, Ponky ... more than Legobonce has managed with Xhakafish & The Bottlemen <laugh>

Not sure how many times I need to pop you in here Flossy, but Arteta won the FA cup in his first season.

You need to learn to read mate, I've already explained the failings of Rodgers and Gerrard throughout this thread, we all know the problem there. Spurs new manager Ange is not infected by that particular disease, so the DNA is a different strain, even if a Spursy one.

Gerrard was Rangers.

Martin O'Neil came down from Celtic didn't he. Got to a final with Villa. Lost.

If Poste manages that with Spurs it'll be huge progress. On a par with Poch tbf.

I'm interested in what he could do for sure, even if it goes tits up, as long as he does not do an Arteta and bottle a lead, nothing can be worse than that.
